  Why should I consider using The Results Centre?

  What training programmes can you offer?

We offer a wide range of Development and Leadership training programmes. We don't specialise in Finance for Non-Financial Managers or anything technical. Our focus is on your people and developing a solution that is unique for them and developed around their needs and the pressing needs of your business

  How would you go about creating bespoke training for us?

The level of Research and Development that we undertake varies from project to project. However, we strongly believe in ensuring that our training, consultancy and coaching solutions are bespoke for you and your people. After taking an initial brief from you, we would normally conduct a series of focus groups or use behaviour based questionnaires to identify the 'real' issues and gain some powerful examples to utilise on our programmes. From there will will develop and write a solution to be presented to you for discussion.

 What experience do you have in our sector?

Our consultants have experience in a range of sectors, including but not limited to: Financial Services, Retail, Manufacturing, Pharmaceuticals, Engineering, Motor Trade, Legal, Accountancy, Travel and Technology Businesses. It is our policy to ensure that the consultants we use have the relevant experience and knowledge. Where necessary we will also conduct orientation visits to get closer to your business and understand your product.
